PrivateLending's client is a fast growing multinational company producing industrial material. The company wanted to find an off balance sheet financing solution to offer long term renting options to its customer base in their main markets (Belgium, the Netherlands and France).

PrivateLending found the lender, arranged a 10.000.00 € loan and assisted the company in setting up a Special purpose vehicle (SPV) that buys the material and rents to its end clients.
