Our client, a French company owns two chalets and a constructible piece of land located in one of the most famous ski resorts in the French Alps (Savoie). They have a permit free of any third party claim to build 13.000 square meters of residential areas.
The sponsor is currently in the final phase of the development of a residential complex of about 13.000 m².
The sponsor is in advanced discussions with partners to kick off the development.
The plots of land together with the permit has been valued at € 65 million by international experts.
Other properties (the chalets) owned by the sponsor are valued at € 12 million.
